[問題] 台南市的道路品質真是令人失望

這兩年才重鋪好的北安橋，柏油已經好幾處脫落了，

那就算了，最讓人看不下去的就是來補的結果真是粗得很，

一點都不平，感覺柏油放上去就完工了！不知市府到底怎麼驗收的！？
